Blanca was the perfect distance from The Great Sand Dunes. Groceries and local food were nearby. We rode our bikes around town and it was beautiful! We loved being in a small town. The RV park was just fine. Hook ups worked well, bathrooms were locked for customers only and were fairly clean, and the people were friendly. If you're not too picky, this is a great place!
Price was good. Nice shower. Water was only available for the tent sites 7am to 7 pm "business hours". Plenty of shade at tent sites.
A train and road noise were ok, price is good, people are friendly and helpful. Trees give shade, and a gas station and little store are a nice addition.
It's a dump, dirty bathrooms, dirty showers, unkept small spots to park. At night you hear trains and whistles as tracks are in your back yard. We do not recommend.
Great staff clean and tidy setup will definitely visit again!
